Amazon Prime Day gift offer £25 today & tomorrow, exclusive to Amazon Prime members.

No good for me as I'm not an Amazon Prime member and already hold an Aqua card anyway.

it's neat Sarah. i might hit this, if it's still available, along with Nationwide and HSBC cards for a BT, in 3 weeks or so - when my MBNA balance is coming to the end of it's 0% period.

Amazon Credit Card points earned for spending outside of Amazon will be halved to 0.25% (0.5 point per £2 spent) from 29 April 2019. Spending at Amazon points remain unchanged.

An interesting tip from HUKD:

HotUKDuncan wrote:Amazon CC doesn’t charge interest if you pay the full balance. You can top up Revolut and it is a purchase not a cash advance like most cards. I now earn Amazon points for taking cash out to spend in the pub.

yes, that's an interesting concept. the first point is fairly standard, but i wonder which other cards might allow you to 'purchase' cash withdrawals.. and i wonder whether i might find revolut useful.
