Re: Aqua Reward Credit Card
They gave an unspecific copy-and-paste explanation as usual:
The published T&Cs are pretty basic:
Unfortunately, they have declined your cashback, advising us that the terms and conditions of the offer weren't met. This could mean that a product not included in the cashback offer was purchased, that you did not meet the eligibility criteria, or that the specific terms and conditions as outlined on the retailer's page weren't met.
We were not provided with specific details about which terms and conditions you did not fulfil but we’d like to assure you that we have looked into this for you further, prior to contacting you today, as we like to do everything we can to obtain payment for you.
The published T&Cs are pretty basic:
Terms & conditions
Cashback is only available to new customers
Cashback will not be paid for renewals
Cashback will only be paid on successful applications via the Quidco link
Cashback is limited to one new application per Quidco account
Applicants must be aged 18 and over. The application is subject to status
Please also see the retailer’s standard terms and conditions for applications as listed on their site
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts
Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges
Re: Aqua Reward Credit Card
i would be replying clearly stating that you applied via the site, were successful, tracked as expected, you have the card, you are using the card.
they declined me.. perhaps because i have moved house twice in the last year and am now just getting back onto the electoral role. in fairness, i only applied for the cashback incentive.

Re: Aqua Reward Credit Card
There's nothing more I can do with Quidco; already tried sending a message along those lines but they simply replied back with another copy-and-paste response that says to raise a claim if haven't done so, otherwise if a claim already made has been declined then it won't be investigated further. The system also won't accept another claim for the same transaction. No win here.
I shall look instead to my next Post Office credit card, which has been a good repeater so far. Minimum 6 months break between cards.

Re: Aqua Reward Credit Card
Quidco works in mysterious ways sometimes. Despite my Aqua cashback originally being declined, my claim rejected and my complaint dismissed, I just received notification of Aqua £48 payable completely out of nowhere!
Naturally, I hurried to withdraw as quickly as possible...
