I'm paperless at Tesco but still get a letter for each new DD. Seems there's no way of stopping them!

Is there any limit to the number of Tesco savings accounts you can have? Between me & Mrs P we have 1 each, plus a joint account. Need a 4th to bag the Co-op current account bribe.

The limit is one of each type (Tesco Internet Saver and Tesco Instant Savings) for individuals isn't it?

I setup DDs on one Tesco account yesterday and could see the same details on the other Tesco account, even though I answered 'No' when asked if they should do that. Have initiated 2 sets of transfers for the earliest date available. Hopefully it'll still result in 2 sets of DDs although I might go for a backup option too - perhaps PayPal.

There's no (published) limit to the number of each you can have.

Lloyds club and the 'free fivers' have had their rates reduced, but no news on BoS vantage so maybe this 15k at 3% is safe for a while. Fingers crossed.

Obviously not good news on lloyds / fivers

I didn't actually haggle at all, but it probably helped that they automatically assumed I was hoping for 2 months lost interest compensation, so they presumably considered £50 instead of £75 to be a win for the bank!

As I hadn't got any BoS Vantage in my stable, I sucessfully applied for one today - it has appeared in my Halifax account area . Is this nornal'? Does this affect further applications?

Many thanks

That is normal (and quite handy I find). Will not affect further applications - but if you want to add the next 2, i'd log in via BoS....

Lots of reports over on MSE about second and subsequent applications being unsuccessful online. Maybe consider phoning instead?...but be prepared for a 30-45 minute call (unless they've improved things over the years since I got mine that way*).

Is that recent? I did all of mine online, a few days apart but it was a year or so ago.
