These cards issued by Vanquis still offer up to £31.50 cashback for successful applications through TCB and/or Quidco. Some now also have a minimum spend to qualify for the cashback but it's only £50 so easy to achieve.
I've had a few payouts from Vanquis cards in the past (including the Argos card which they also previously had in their portfolio, although it now seems to be issued by Home Retail Group Card Services).
My applications for Vanquis cards during the past couple of months weren't successful, so I'll take a rest before applying again. Their advice is to wait 6 months between applications or closure & re-applying.

Re: Vanquis / Aquis / Chrome
presumably you still have a chance of being accepted by these cards, even if you have an excellent credit record ?
Re: Vanquis / Aquis / Chrome
i don't Think they are specifically looking for applicants who are 'less than Prime'... that said, when, in the past, i've been having success with MBNA/Barclaycard/Lloyds i have found Aqua/Vanquis to reject me.
Re: Vanquis / Aquis / Chrome
Yes clients with good credit are usually welcome too, but don't expect high limits with these cards (typically limited around £1500 for new cardholders). My only interest in them has been the cashback for successful applications.
