Just received changes to T&Cs for M&S accounts.
As far as I can see the Current Account is unchanged, but the 6% Regular saver now needs--
"You must have a minimum of two active Direct Debits in place from your M&S Current account"
(not a problem, unless you don't spot this change)

Re: Changes to 6% M&S Regular Saver
Thanks, I hadn't spotted that. I guess it'll only manifest itself when the RS matures and I attempt to reload, but no bother...Tesco Internet Savers to the rescue!
Re: Changes to 6% M&S Regular Saver
agreed. only an issue if & when you want to go again.. i have 2 DDs on my current accounts anyway.. poised for the next move.
other than this RS account, i can't find anything else good about M&S Bank. unless you rate 'Clear Statements'

Re: Changes to 6% M&S Regular Saver
March I think. Before the new rules came into effect, but I have set up the 2x DDs since then ready for a hopeful third year in 2017.

"£220 M&S
gift card when
you switch and stay"
is a good deal. shame we can't move 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th accounts on the same terms..
i'm planning to start a new M&S Regular Saver shortly. my existing one matures on 29th December. 5% is still market leading.. http://bank.marksandspencer.com/save-in ... hly-saver/
