Lots of mentions of Stoozing by name, but no credit given to Stooz or Clariman. According to the article stoozing was "popularised by MoneySavingExpert’s Martin Lewis", which I guess is true to a fair extent.
Given that interest rates are perking up, and 0% no fee deals are available, it is possible to make a bit of money again.

About 6 months back a tiook advantage of a deal from virgin. Not 2 months back I was accepted for a Sainsbury's 14 month 0% apr no fee BT and I have locked the balance into a 6.06%, 12 month savings bond. RBS/Ulster/RBS have a 16 month no fee offer and I bank with RBS so there's that to explore and I think HSBC have/had a deal.

both HSBC are charging balance transfer fees now, from what i have just seen.
RBS are offering 0% for 14months with No Fee. that's tasty
i have a balance coming to the end of a 0% deal on 19th October.
